This page explains what information the Trilliauto website collects, why we use it and how we protect it.

What we collect

Order request: name or company, phone / WhatsApp, email, destination country and port, the car you want, budget, timeframe and your notes.
Account: your email address and the one-time login code sent to it (the code itself is not stored, only its hash, valid for 10 minutes).
Newsletter: your email address. Until you confirm it with the link in our email, we send you no newsletters.
Order fulfilment: vehicle details, statuses, photos and documents (for example, the Handover Report).

To answer your request, fulfil your order and keep you informed about its status.
If you subscribed, to send 1–2 newsletters a month.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Only as far as needed to fulfil your order: seller, logistics, insurance and customs partners.
Technical services: the site runs on Vercel, the database and files are stored in Supabase, and emails are sent with Gmail.
The order tracking page does not show your name, phone or internal notes.

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, or unsubscribe. Just write to us.
Documents we must keep by law for accounting and contracts are kept until that period ends.
