Where do you source cars from?
From China (new, used and auction cars) and from US auctions (Copart, IAAI). We also source trucks, industrial machinery and spare parts.
How far does your service go? Is customs included?
We deliver the car to the destination port, terminal or customs zone named in the contract (DAP, Incoterms® 2020). Import duty, taxes and registration are handled by the customer or their local broker.
How do I find out the price?
The calculator shows an estimated breakdown. For an exact price, send an order request: within 24 hours we reply in writing with 2–5 options, estimated cost and timing.
How do I pay? Is my money protected?
Payment is split into stages. The car price goes directly to the seller's company account, after the VIN, video and documents are confirmed. Logistics and insurance are passed on at cost, from real invoices. Our only income is a fixed service fee.
How do I track my order?
With your order code (TA-XXXXXX) on the "Track order" page you see the status, history, photos and documents. We also email you when the status changes.
What is the Handover Report?
Before loading, the car is inspected at the terminal and the logistics company issues a signed and stamped report: VIN, body, interior, odometer, keys, at least 11 photos and a 360° video. If there is no written objection within 24 hours, loading goes ahead.
Is the car insured in transit?
Yes. Cargo insurance covers it from loading to the customs zone. You get the insurer, policy number, amount and deductible in writing. If there is damage, we prepare the claim documents.
Can I cancel my order?
If you cancel before the seller is paid, documented actual costs are deducted and the rest is refunded within 10 business days. After the seller is paid, the seller contract's terms apply. Once export documents are ready, there is no refund.
Will I be able to get spare parts later?
For Chinese cars bought through us, we offer long-term parts sourcing and delivery. This is not a promise of free parts: we find, quote and deliver the right part.
